Prelaunch: AT8 will evalu8 the objectives and goals of the sales and marketing function, the current skills, the plans in place and performance to date. AT8 will continue on to innov8 suggesting, where appropriate, new propositions are in place and recommending the new sales processes.

Implement: When the new concepts and ideas are signed off AT8 will work with the directors to creat8 the new propositions, new processes, marketing and PR material and to Activ8 the programmes through a series o launch events and briefings to get the buy in from all involved.

Manage: AT8 will stay with any change programme through our Oper8 programme where we either directly manage the sales and marketing team or to mentor the sales management. We will also run a series of Invigor8 initiatives to ensure the teams stay fresh and motivated in their tasks

Review: The market place is constantly evolving and ensuring that the sales and marketing function stays ahead of the game means companies must constantly review success criteria and the performance against these.
